Staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and products is an important part of our company.  In addition to monitoring the trade publications, we attend international trade shows, and maintain communication with manufacturers and local vendors.  This information is both beneficial to our Clients and utilized in the New Home Planning Workshop which has been presented by Doug McMahan (owner of Elements Construction Services) for over 11 years.  We also employ organizational tools such as the internet, the latest project management software, and digital records of the project.

Subcontractor Agreements

All major trades are required to sign subcontractor agreements with Elements Construction Services.  The agreements are primarily performance based and set a standard for quality and work ethic.  Most general contractors simply sign agreements provided by suppliers and subcontractors.   These agreements are generally vague and primarily address payment terms.  Our desire is to ensure accountability for maintaining quality standards, timeliness, and professionalism.

Financial Benefits

In addition to providing the full builder’s discount on all amenity items we are also able to provide incredible financial benefits utilizing our knowledge of financing and the appraisal process.  These benefits include items such as out of pocket expenses as low as 1.5%, construction interest included in the project price, and the ability to reach 20% equity with as little as a 12% down payment.

Referencing the comparison charts you may expect to pay substantially more for our services, however, the truth is that if you compare the combined cost of our design and cost of construction to another reputable builder’s price, based on the same home, built the same way, and using the same materials, we will be very competitive and in almost every scenario, less expensive.
