Elements Construction Services has a comprehensive planning and construction program unique to our area. Our planning and design services are available throughout the Midwest, while our construction services are limited to the Hamilton County and Northern Marion County (Indiana) areas. Average New Home projects begin at $350,000, with no minimum on renovation projects. We welcome the opportunity to discuss your project and review our program.

Experience: Our versatility and experience with various forms of construction provide an open minded approach to each project. Previous projects include Conventional, Post and Beam, Structural Insulated Panels, Insulated Concrete Forms, Log Homes, Light Commercial, and styles such as Usonian.

Investment: Our knowledge of the construction industry includes a firm understanding of developers, appraisers, and mortgage companies. This knowledge allows us to assist with financing decisions and even how to gain as much as 8-10% of instant equity in your new home.
